The premise of this build was to demonstrate that a bespoke quality build could be achieved at a similar price point to that of group home builders.
This home has only had great feedback! From prospective buyers to seasoned construction professionals, all admire the flow and feel of this home.
At a modest 180 square metres, there is plenty of space without feeling too cramped. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area appeals to a keen cook or entertainer. The kitchen boasts a scullery and an island bench.
Each room has plenty of space, with the master bedroom having a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The main bathroom has both a large shower and a bath. There is also a separate toilet, avoiding the awkwardness of an early morning rush.
