Project Review
We'll review the project to ensure it's within your target constraints and meets your expectations. We'll address any areas of concern.
Step 5:
Building Agreement
Once the scope of the project is finalised, together we'll sign a building contract. We’ll agree on a fixed price and project delivery date.
Step 6:
Construction Phase
We'll provide progress updates. If any issues arise, we’ll come to the table with solutions. This is our time to shine as building professionals.
Step 7:
Handover
We’ll provide all the necessary warranty information and routine care tasks to ensure you get the most out of your home for years to come.
Step 8:
Follow-up
After a year, we'll follow-up to ensure everything is performing as expected. We're always on hand to address concerns that may arise.
